The New York and New Jersey Airplane and Airport accident lawfirm of Bohrer & Lukeman has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of a Georgia woman who suffered a foot fracture aboard an international Lufthansa flight.
The matter, entitled Moreno v. Lufthansa alleges negligence against the airline and violations of the Montreal Convention governing international air travel.
